The My e-Shop mobile application offers a comprehensive platform for creating, promoting, and managing an online store directly from your mobile device. Its user-friendly interface facilitates business development without the need for coding expertise.

Launching an ecommerce venture becomes streamlined with features such as designing your website on your mobile device, easily adding products through your camera, and selecting from over 60 secure payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Chase. Additionally, you can configure shipping, delivery, or self-pickup options to enhance customer service.

The app supports multi-channel selling strategies. You can integrate your store directly into your website and social media platforms—import to Facebook with a tap, tag products in Instagram posts for shoppable content, and expand sales to Amazon and eBay. Moreover, there is an option to convert your online storefront into a dedicated mobile app via the web Control Panel.

Order management is robust within the platform. Users receive push notifications for new orders, with capabilities to update order statuses automatically and keep customers informed. The system allows addition of order notes for staff, tracking number integration with customer notifications, and easy creation or editing of order details. Direct communication with customers is also facilitated through the app.

Inventory management features enable real-time product oversight. Users can view and modify product details on-the-go, adjust options like size or color, edit prices freely, and control stock levels to reflect current availability accurately.
